Anna’s goal is to empower clients by helping them know how to navigate and advocate for their own mental health while using a holistic approach to care. She enjoys integrating her background and skills as a therapist into her work as a psychiatric PA. She enjoys working with adults with a spectrum of challenges, including those struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety/panic attacks, and those who are neurodivergent. She combines her medical and therapy knowledge and skills to develop a comprehensive plan to manage their mental health and cognitive challenges.

In her free time she likes to listen to audiobooks, practice yoga, and explore Austin with her children.
